A. DELIVERY

1. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on several factors, including product availability, the location of the product in our inventory, your shipping destination, and the delivery speed of our courier partners.

To get an accurate estimate of your delivery timeline, please enter your postal code when placing your order.

Please note that some courier partners do not operate on Sundays, which may affect your delivery date.

2. Delivery Costs

Delivery charges vary depending on the product you purchase. For low-value items, we may charge a nominal delivery fee to help offset the higher logistics costs. You can see the delivery charges for your specific order in the order summary before checkout.

3. What If I’m Not Home When Delivery Is Attempted?

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout. If you are not available when our courier partner attempts delivery, they will make two additional attempts on successive days.

4. Delivery Time Window

Our courier partners generally deliver between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you cannot be available during these hours, consider arranging for someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf.

5. Order Notifications

Once you place an order, you will receive notifications at various stages of the delivery process. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation when your order is placed, when it is shipped (along with tracking information), and when it is out for delivery. You can track your order anytime in the ā€œTrack Orderā€ section of our website.

6. What If My Package Shows as Delivered but I Can’t Find It?

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it:

  • Check if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf.
  • Wait a few minutes and check your doorstep or office reception.
  • Allow until the end of the day, as packages may show as delivered while still in transit.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
